COVID-19 Announcement

LATEST UPDATE, JULY 27, 2020:

We are taking a phased approach to begin re-opening our office.  At this time, our office remains closed to guests or visitors of any kind.

We are now allowing small groups of staff members to return to the 
office three days a week. We have taken many precautions to ensure 
the safety of all of our staff members, including sanitation stations, 
floor and wall signage to encourage physical distancing, disposable 
masks, and more. 

Even though only some of our staff members will be in the office, all of our staff will continue to be available by phone or email. We are 
fortunate enough to be able to have staff set up at home, able to 
continue work with no disruption to service standards.

As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve, Halwell Mutual is doing everything we can to ensure the safety and wellness of our staff, policyholders and business partners. This is our number one priority. We have closed our office effective today, March 17th, 2020, and have enabled our team to work remotely.

We are enacting all increased sanitization protocols and following all recommended Public Health policies.You can still contact us using the regular e-mail and phone numbers, as we are still operating to service your needs.  You can make payments and get updates on our website.
