- No person is eligible to be or shall act as a director unless he or she is a member of the corporation and insured therein for the time he or she holds the office and pays a premium in excess of $25.00 annually.
- Notwithstanding any other provision in the by-laws of the corporation, no
person shall be eligible for election or re-election as a director
after he or she shall have attained the age of seventy years.
- Notwithstanding any other provision in the by-laws of the corporation,
no person shall be eligible for election or re-election as a director
unless he or she has been a member of the corporation and insured
therein for a minimum period of three years prior to the time he or she
seeks office.
- Any person wishing to seek election or re-election as director of the corporation must file his or her intention to run as a director, in writing with the secretary
of the corporation five full business days in advance of an annual
meeting or special meeting called for the purpose of electing directors.
